Huelor is provided by 北京与众星辰文化传媒有限公司 (“Withestars”).
Overview
Huelor is designed to analyze color on your device. Huelor does not require an account, does not operate a user-data server, and does not collect or transmit your camera frames, color readings, captures, motion data, or personal information.
Camera
Huelor requests access to your camera to show a live preview and analyze colors in the scene. Camera frames are processed on your device for the center color reading, palettes, Field view, and captures.
Camera frames are not uploaded to us or shared with third parties. Huelor does not save camera frames unless you choose to create and save a capture.
Device Motion
Huelor uses device-motion measurements to determine when the phone is moving and to present a stable center color reading. These measurements are processed on your device. Huelor does not store them as a history, upload them, or share them with third parties.
Photos
When you choose to save a capture, Huelor requests add-only access to your photo library if permission has not already been decided. Huelor uses this access only to add the image you asked it to save.
Huelor does not read, browse, enumerate, or retrieve metadata from your existing photos. You can change photo-library access at any time in iOS Settings.
Data Collection
Huelor does not collect personal data, product analytics, usage data, device identifiers, or diagnostics through the app. Huelor does not use tracking or advertising technologies and does not track you across apps or websites.
Huelor does not upload camera images, saved captures, color readings, palettes, or motion information to a server.
Data Stored on Your Device
Huelor does not maintain an app-local history of camera frames, color readings, palettes, captures, identities, or device identifiers. Camera and color data used for live features is held temporarily in memory while the app operates.
Images that you choose to save are stored in your system photo library. They are managed by you through the Photos app and are not stored on a Huelor server.
Third-party Services
Huelor does not include third-party analytics, advertising, tracking, crash-reporting, cloud-sync, or data-processing services. The app includes the Geist Mono font as a local software resource; the font does not communicate over the network or process user data.
Data Retention and Deletion
We do not have server-side Huelor user data to retain or delete. Temporary camera, image, color, and motion data used during app operation is not kept as a persistent app history.
Deleting Huelor removes the app and its app-local data. Images previously saved to the system photo library remain there until you delete them in the Photos app.
Your Choices
You can change Huelor's Camera, Motion, and Photos permissions in iOS Settings. Disabling Camera access prevents the live color features from operating. Disabling Photos access prevents Huelor from saving captures to your photo library.
Contacting Us
If you choose to contact us by email, we receive the information you choose to include in your message and use it only to respond to your request. Email communication is initiated by you and is separate from Huelor's in-app data processing.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy if Huelor's features or privacy practices change. Any updated policy will identify its effective date.

相机

相机画面不会上传给我们，也不会与第三方共享。除非你主动选择创建并保存一张捕捉图像，否则 Huelor 不会保存相机画面。
设备运动
Huelor 使用设备运动测量数据来判断手机是否正在移动，并提供稳定的中心色值读数。这些数据均在你的设备上处理。Huelor 不会将其作为历史记录保存，也不会上传或与第三方共享。
照片
当你选择保存一张捕捉图像时，如果照片权限尚未确定，Huelor 会请求对照片图库的仅添加访问权限。Huelor 仅使用该权限添加你主动要求保存的图像。
Huelor 不会读取、浏览或枚举你已有的照片，也不会获取这些照片的元数据。你可以随时在 iOS「设置」中更改照片图库访问权限。
数据收集
Huelor 不会通过 App 收集个人数据、产品分析数据、使用数据、设备标识符或诊断数据。Huelor 不使用跟踪或广告技术，也不会跨 App 或网站跟踪你。
Huelor 不会将相机图像、已保存的捕捉图像、颜色读数、色板或设备运动信息上传至服务器。
存储在你设备上的数据
Huelor 不会在 App 本地保存相机画面、颜色读数、色板、捕捉图像、身份信息或设备标识符的历史记录。实时功能所使用的相机和颜色数据，仅会在 App 运行期间临时保存在内存中。
你主动选择保存的图像会存储在系统照片图库中。你可以通过「照片」App 管理这些图像，它们不会存储在 Huelor 的服务器上。
第三方服务
Huelor 不包含第三方分析、广告、跟踪、崩溃报告、云同步或数据处理服务。App 将 Geist Mono 字体作为本地软件资源包含在内；该字体不会通过网络进行通信，也不会处理用户数据。
数据保留与删除
我们没有存储在服务器端的 Huelor 用户数据需要保留或删除。App 运行期间临时使用的相机、图像、颜色和设备运动数据，不会作为持久的 App 历史记录保存。
删除 Huelor 会移除 App 及其本地数据。此前已经保存到系统照片图库中的图像仍会保留，直到你在「照片」App 中将其删除。
你的选择
你可以在 iOS「设置」中更改 Huelor 的相机、设备运动和照片权限。关闭相机访问权限后，实时颜色功能将无法使用。关闭照片访问权限后，Huelor 将无法把捕捉图像保存到你的照片图库。

如果你选择通过电子邮件联系我们，我们会收到你主动在邮件中提供的信息，并仅将这些信息用于回复你的请求。电子邮件沟通由你主动发起，与 Huelor 在 App 内的数据处理相互独立。
本政策的变更
如果 Huelor 的功能或隐私处理方式发生变化，我们可能会更新本隐私政策。任何更新后的政策都会注明其生效日期。
